Ok so after talking with Jaiden about Model trains i have since started again. Now another member at the Dubbo Model Train Club.
I have included some pics of what i run.

Just at the base of the mountain coming over the river

Well I spent $200 bucks on track the other day, Bought myself an engine for $200... So It's quite expensive... The bigger and more detailed the dearer it is..

Here is what I have done so far...
Damn hobby shop hasn't had much stock latelly :/

The trains and carriages are fair old and don't run too well anymore... None of the trains have rubbers on the wheels anymore and they struggle to drive haha...
So it will be all good when I get my new one :D

To over come this put Mental wheels on the rolling stock it will make the wagons run 20 times better.

I have metal wheels on a few, And one in particular derails all the time with metal wheels...

ok if thats the case its to light or its just cursed i got 4 from the states and after putting metal wheels and some weight in they run fine but one is cursed and just dies on every point.

Haha yeah I have put some sinkers in some to see how they go and they do go pretty good... More metal wheels is needed though.

looks great guys, i used to do the whole model train thing... its a good way to spend your money if your into it but as you said, it gets very expensive
